Tiffany Vigil, therapist in California specializing in work-life balance

My name is Tiffany Vigil and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist seeing clients virtually in California. I specialize in helping those with ADHD, anxiety and those figuring out work-life balance. My go-to therapeutic modalities are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing; helpful for healing from traumatic  experiences) and mindfulness practices (learning how to be in the present moment to feel a sense of calm), as well as incorporating a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (how thoughts/feelings/beliefs/behaviors influence our mental health). In general, we would create a therapeutic plan that is customized to you and your goals.
